I have repaired a couple of those enviro care machines. I think it is great that companies are cutting cost and recycling plastics to make there machines. This is my problem, these machines last typically 6 to 9 months, if you are a person who cleans their machine and dumps the container everyday, cleaning the filter as well you would be one fo the few who can get a few years out of it, course I am exagerating a little when it comes to cleaning it but it is almost that extreme, especially if you want to keep from having that stench bagless' can have. I say all this for this point, this vacuum if not recycled properly will end up in a dumpster or on the side of the road like millions of other vacuums. I think people should invest the money get something worth getting, BAGGED, that last you 10-20 years cutting the cost of recycling and the amount of plastics thrown away, and with the bagged, you dont let dust back out in your house, however a free vacuum is a good vacuum
