Babies In Sheep’s Clothing is an online store selling ethical lambskin and merino clothing for babies and children.
Based in East Sussex, it sources high quality, handmade ethically produced lambskin and merino clothing from New Zealand that are built to last – the founders passionately believe that their products should be passed along to a brother or sister. As I don;t have any children, I passed on the lowrise booties so my godson, Harry and his mother Kate to review.
“I’m a big fan of Babies In Sheep’s Clothing with their fabulous sheepskins, accessories and merino wool bits for babies and little people. Their products are beautifully crafted and made of the highest quality lambskins and merino wool making them perfect for even the newest of babies to wear.
“As Harry has started to cruise around the furniture, he needed something a little more substantial than socks on his feet and Babies in Sheep’s Clothing’s lambskin booties are the perfect protection for tiny toes and as with all Babies In Sheep’s Clothing products they are ethically sourced.
“They have a good selection of styles and colours, but as Harry is not big into pink we road tested a pair of the lowrise camel booties.
“They are beautifully crafted, look fabulous and being a neutral colour go with almost anything. With a lovely wide opening these are very easy to slip on to the wriggliest of feet and once on, stay firmly in place without being in any way restrictive. Harry is able to toddle around easily whilst wearing them without slipping on our wooden floors as the lambskin sole is non slip.
“They are available from the Babies In Sheep’s Clothing website and priced at £18 plus postage. they are cheaper than most leather booties and much more soft and snugly.
